- Utilizing INSERT, DELETE, and UPDATE statements.
- Mastering the SELECT query and its associated operators.
- Applying clauses such as NULL, NOT NULL, AND, OR, BETWEEN, EXISTS, ORDER BY, GROUP BY, and HAVING.
- Exploring built-in functions: mathematical, string, and datetime operations.
- Working with views and understanding their role in data access.
- Using joins to retrieve data from multiple tables and understanding join types.
- Utilizing subqueries, including correlated subqueries, and distinguishing them from joins.
- Understanding Common Table Expressions (CTEs) and implementing recursive CTEs.
