  • Understand the principles of empirical process control

2. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the Product Owner role in detail
  • Gain a high-level understanding of the ScrumMaster role

3. PRODUCT VISION

  • Understand the importance of having a product vision as an overarching goal that unites the entire Scrum team

4. ESTIMATING
