B- How our strengths can backfire on us: The different communication styles (DISC) and their potential traps.

C- Understanding our core values and whether they align with those of our company, department, and team.

D- Inventory of productive stress situations.

E- Strategies to optimize positive stress.

6- Empowerment

A- Pair interviews and debriefing: Discovering your skills and major qualities.

B- Empathy as a remedy. (+ Video).

C- Inventory of individual energy sources for the participants.

D- Daily relaxation exercises.
