In Microsoft® Project® 2019/2021: Part 1, you mastered the fundamental features of Microsoft Project during the project planning phase. This course builds on that foundation, covering the advanced knowledge and skills a project manager requires to update a project plan within Project during the execution, monitoring, and controlling phases. Essentially, once your project plan has been approved by the project sponsor, this course will equip you with the tools to manage the project so it is completed on time, within budget, and according to scope.

Note: This course is suitable for anyone who uses Project on their desktop, whether they have purchased an "on-premise" edition or subscribed to a "cloud-based" (online) edition. As most project managers and team members utilise the desktop application, this course focuses primarily on that interface. The main features of the online app are outlined in an appendix.

This material is beneficial for users of any current Office version. The classroom environment setup is based on Office 2019.
