Requirements
• Participants must complete a 48-question online 360-degree survey. This provides personal feedback and allows input from up to seven colleagues to assess current influence behaviours. Please note that these responses are not anonymous. • The resulting report aligns with the Influencing Behaviour Model utilised in the programme and is reviewed during the course.
